Below is an important document relating to Covid-19 lockdown created by residents living in The Crescent communities in North West Bristol, England.
A kaleidoscope of experiences with stories from a variety of local residents including NHS staff, parents, home workers, business people and children. These stories relate to the initial wave of the virus before the reduction in cases which led to an easing of restrictions but was then followed by a reintroduction of some of them as cases went back up. Although I tried not to shed tears when reading this powerful historic booklet there were times when I failed. Congratulations to the community for creating such a fascinating document. I urge you to read and share it with others. (Veronica Bowerman, local history author)
